My husband and I are both Realtors in the Bay Area. We sell, on average, 40 homes a year. One of the most important aspects of a home sale is the home inspection. The difference between a good inspector and a bad inspector can mean anything from lower priced offers to landing in court after a home sale. Discovering Viktor at NPI was like hitting the lottery. Working with him actually makes us look good to both our home sellers and those that purchase their homes. He shows up on time, he goes through every nook and cranny of a home in detail, if the client is present he educates them on his findings, and his reports come back with far more detail and explanation than others we have used in the past.

Viktor is now our "go to guy" when a home inspection is needed. We have not used anyone else since finding him and have no need for a backup because he will move heaven and earth to make sure our business needs are met.

Viktor Mikhailov inspected our house which we bought recently in December of 2021. Viktor is the best! He was thorough and professional and great to work with. Viktor was honest and forthright, extremely helpful, open, transparent, and reliable. I have never seen such detailed Inspection Report as Viktor provided to us after inspection was completed. It was accompanied with many pictures, comments and recommendations. Viktor inspected even very hard reachable places in the house. We bought a house with a crawlspace. This particular crawlspace has very limited access to some spots. Anyway, it is very important to know foundation condition for any house located in the area. Viktor explored every single inch of the crawlspace. Viktor did excellent job. His report helped us a lot!
