About Jason and Melisa Baker
Born in the Lone Star State of Texas, NPI Round Rock Owners Jason Baker and his wife Melisa began their business for 3 simple reasons:
- They love helping people during the real estate process
- They are fanatics about customer service, seeking to educate and inform clients
- They want to help local small business communities grow
As a mechanical engineer and professional inspector, Jason has been actively involved in real estate management and maintenance for nearly 20 years. He and his wife Melisa began building their portfolio in 2001 and weathered through the 2008 Great Recession.
After spending the majority of their young adult life in the Dallas Fort Worth metro, they now enjoy small town country living in central Texas with their 6 homeschooled children. Their 2 oldest were born in Houston, 2 more in Ohio and the 2 youngest in Waco, Texas.
Both Jason and Melisa hold advanced degrees from the University of Texas. While Jason focuses on delivering best-in-class inspections, sales execution and technology, Melisa leads the team's digital and customer marketing strategy. Texas made and Texas proud, the Baker Team's ability to serve customers and families is first class.
