Dave is AMAZING! He is through in his inspections of our new home and gave us great tips for things to keep an eye on as the home ages. He took pictures of all appliances (water heater, fire place, furnace, etc.) along with the roof and the whole house. He provide us with a 53 page detailed report of his inspection including all the photos. In the photos that you could not clearly see an issue, he included arrows pointing to the issue, along with descriptions of what the issue was so we could fix it at a later date. Within the details, he included marginal issues and repair/replace issues, which means we can easily address the repair/replace issues first after moving in. As first time home owners, knowing we had someone we could trust and who was so through was a relief during a normally stressful/crazy process. Thank you, Dave for helping us see that we made the right chose in our home and giving us the confidence that the home was a great investment! If you need a home inspector, Dave is your guy!
