Born in the City of Brotherly Love, NPI Delaware County Owner and Inspector Rashon Fentress began his business for 3 simple reasons:

- He is a fanatic about superior customer service and seeks to educate and inform his clients.

After graduating from Shippensburg University with a B.S. in Business and Marketing, Rashon took over his small family-owned mechanic shop in West Philadelphia before pursuing his passion for real estate in Philadelphia, Delaware County, and surrounding areas. As a master mechanic and professional inspector, Rashon has been utilizing his skills and knowledge to guide and advise his clients through pivotal times in their lives.
Our office is a locally owned franchise, part of the NPI organization of nearly 300 inspectors. Every inspection is different. All NPI inspectors have access to technical support seven days a week.
