Would you hire a person with 15 years experience designing airplanes to be your next pilot? Probably not. Only after performing hundreds, if not thousands of inspections on many types of structures and components should home or commercial building inspectors call themselves Experienced.
When looking for that experienced inspector in Las Vegas, ask for their Nevada license number. The lower the number, the longer they have been inspecting and most likely the more experienced they are at understanding the hundreds of components that are part of a home or commercial building system. Generally inspectors with numbers below 100 are the most experienced.
