Board Certified Inspector: Steve Thomas is a Certified Master Inspector (CMI). The Master Certification Board awards the CMI title, the inspection industry's top professional designation, only to inspectors who have demonstrated a high level of competency. Certified Master Inspectors (CMI's) must have completed at least 1000 fee-paid inspections or hours (combined) of inspection-related continuing education. CMI's abide by the industry's toughest Code of Ethics and perform their inspections based on Board Approved Standards of Practice. All Certified Master Inspectors must be cleared through a criminal background check.
