Held to High Standards:  Inspections are performed to the ASHI national standards of practice, a comprehensive set of guidelines for what is included in a home inspection.  In addition I conform to the ASHI and CREIA Code of Ethics which prevents me from referring repairs to a contractor, thus providing you, the customer, with a more unbiased inspection.

Fully Insured: I carry Errors and Omissions (E&O) and general liability insurance.

Experienced: Initial training and continued education provided by the NPI corporate office and the ASHI and CREIA trade associations keeps me current in inspection trends. I have been inspecting in Contra Costa county for four years and have performed over 800 inspections.
