"America's Premier Inspection Service"
Home Inspection Services

Although we do not require you to be present during the inspection, we encourage you to attend at least the final portion of the inspection. This allows us to walk through the property with you, pointing out findings and explaining elements of the inspection report. Below is a short description of some of our inspection services. If you have any questions or would like more information regarding a specific service, please contact us.

  • Home Buyer Pre-closing Inspections
A home buyer’s inspection, sometimes referred to as a "general home inspection,” is booked prior to closing on either a new or existing home.
  • Home Seller Prelisting Inspections
This is a general home inspection completed prior to listing or selling a home. A prelisting inspection gives current owners an idea of maintenance items to address.
  • New-construction Draw Inspections
Construction draw inspections are conducted for property owners or construction lenders during the construction process to determine the percentage of completion at various stages of the construction process. NPI’s construction draw inspections allow for the appropriate amount of funding to be released to the contractor at specific points in time over the life of the construction project. Timing and reports for these inspections are customized to fit the client's needs.
  • New-home Construction Inspections
NPI inspects new homes for home buyers or builders upon the completion of construction. This protects the home buyer by identifying any defects or deficiencies, which the builder can correct prior to the closing.
  • New-home Builder’s Warranty Inspections
The majority of builders provide new home owners with a 12-month builder’s warranty. Ordering a home inspection before the warranty expires gives home owners a professionally prepared report to review with the builder to address possible issues. • Employee Relocation Home Inspections
Prior to beginning negotiations for purchase of a home, relocation companies generally order a home inspection to determine the need for repair and maintenance.
