Experience: Greg Owens has been performing building inspections since 1991. He has inspected over 10,500 properties. He is licensed in Illinois to perform building inspections and radon screenings. He is a Certified Member of the American Society of Home Inspectors and a Member of the National Association of Home Inspectors. Greg is a Certified Infrared Building Science Thermographer and a Member of the International Association of Certified Thermographers. Greg is also a certified 203K consultant. He completes approximately 50 hours of continuing education per year.
