I'll also add that your Infrared diagnostic tool is an outstanding add to your normal tool compliment.  Being a bit of a 'gadget guy,' I wasn't sure what benefit the IR capability would be for a house. But after seeing how precise it is, detecting insulation behind the walls that had fallen away from the wall on the inside, cold spots by windows needing attention, and even when the heating system cam on thru the vents, I'm sold.
