When he completes the inspection he sits down with the buyers and summarizes property defects and answers any questions the buyers may have. Afterward, Charlie prepares an in-depth well written report, which is delivered promptly.  His easy-to-read report is well-organized and includes pertinent photos to identify problem areas. And, as a bonus, Charlie is a really nice guy!
