Ben Christianson conducted a home inspection for us February 2010. Even though it was a brand new house Ben found several critical issues with the home that needed immediate attention and many more issues that could become a problem if not addressed. For a 5,300sf home and several miles from his office, Ben's fee was appropriate and was disclosed to me when we set the appointment.
