About our inspectors: Vic Carlile is owner and chief inspector of the East Central Illinois NPI office and has conducted over 3,000 inspections in the past 10 years. He has conducted numerous commercial inspections as well as residental, pre-listing, draw/phase, moisture investigations, post fire damage restoration and expert witness testimony. Vic is a charter member of the Illinois Home Inspectors Association (IHIA), The National Association of Home Inspectors (NAHI), and the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB).
Roger Panozzo is a highly qualified and experienced inspector trained at the Omaha corporate training facility and licensed by the State of Illinois. Roger has extensive knowledge in construction techniques and complete building systems.
Both of our inspectors are certified in Thermal imaging, which is included in every home inspection. Vic is a level one certified thermographer and Roger is certified in Building Science Thermography. The use of thermal imaging is just one of the areas that puts our inspectors head and shoulders over other inspection companies.

Trained and Educated: NPI inspectors are required to attend two weeks of training prior to beginning their business.
