I am writing to thank you again for the WONDERFUL report on our property inspection in West Virginia. The report was so well organized and summarized that it made it especially easy for us to list our concerns to the seller on our addendum form. My husband and I have purchased 3 homes over the past 40 years and we have never had such a thorough report made on any of our home inspections. I can't tell you how impressed we are with your work and your company.
Often an inspection will tell you where there is a problem but never tell you that some things are acceptable which leaves the buyer wondering if they were inspected. This report let us know that each item in the home was rated for its acceptability and use. Even where there was the potential for a future problem such as possible roof leaks where nails were now rusting---but no water had yet entered the attic---let us know of a future problem unless addressed now.
The summary of the areas of concern was most helpful. We used that in making up our list for the addendum to our contract. It will help immeasurably during negotiations with the seller in making our move to another state a smooth one.
My husband has been so enthusiastic about your thoroughness and organization of reporting that he has gone to friends and neighbors around our area recommending that they use your company when selling or buying their next home.

When you did the home inspection work on the house we plan to buy, I thought you were doing a great job. I thought you were very experienced and very thorough. I was exceedingly happy with the work you were doing and the comments and details you were telling me.
When I got your report, I had to go on the internet to find words to tell you how happy I was with your work and especially with the report you sent me. This report is filled with comments and photos that will help me fix current and potential problems with this house. It will save me thousands of dollars in potential and future repair costs by eliminating the problems now and your cost was so reasonable for all the work you did.
