The NPI Pinnacle Award

The Pinnacle award is recognition that an inspector/franchise owner ranks among the top franchises nationwide in performance as determined by the franchisor National Property Inspections, Inc.

Award determinations are made based on percentage growth and earnings proportional to the size and location of each territory. A franchisee must be in good financial standing with National Property Inspections, Inc. in order to receive any award.
