ASTM E 2018 Standards
NPI's commercial inspections are designed to be in general accordance with ASTM E 2018 professional standards. The ASTM E 2018 Standard was designed by an international non-profit testing and assessment organization to provide basic property information for commercial structures.

Scheduling
Your NPI inspector will work with you to schedule an inspection promptly. In the case of apartment buildings, we understand we may be working with managers to coordinate inspections inside individual apartments.
