Steve was very throrough with his home inspection. The home was in very good shape for its age, but there were just a lot of little things that needed attention. Steve took me on a tour of the home so that he could point out and explain the things that he had found, and when my wife showed up at the home unexpectedly, he was happy to take us around again and explain everything for her benefit. His report was very detailed and the home issues were well documented. He found things that a previous inspector failed to mention. This saved us a lot of money, because when the seller got the report, they repaired the damage before we bought the house. I would highly recommend Steven at N.P.I to others.
