Low continuing fees
At NPI Corporate, we also believe that it is our job to help you be successful, not just in the beginning, but over the long term. We limit ongoing fees to an 8 percent monthly royalty fee. We charge no advertising fee, making all of our ongoing sales and marketing materials, inspection forms and promotional items available to you at our cost as you need them.

NPI Corporate provides access to a FREE 6-month limited warranty on all inspected mechanical systems and appliances, giving our customers peace of mind and giving our inspectors an edge over the competition.
