PRICING - Please note that not all residential and commercial property inspectors are alike.  The fee for a property inspection is very important to you. Let us explain how we are different and a better choice for your inspection needs.

Many of my competitors look at the inspection as a paycheck. That is certainly not our view at NPI.  We enjoy helping buyers and sellers understand the true condition of the property they are buying.   We encourage you to call our competitors and compare apples to apples.  You will see that National Property Inspections offer more for their inspection fee - from your first phone call to our office and well after the inspection is complete. Some inspectors are at an 1800 square foot house for an hour or less, our inspectors are on the premisses for that size home for about 2 1/2 hours.

All of our inspectors are NC & SC State Certified Inspectors.  We also have ASHI Certified, FHA and 2-10 Warranty Inspectors on staff. NC & SC Lisenced, Insured and Bonded.  Our Certified Inspectors each have a SUPRA key for property access and convenience in scheduling.

Our clients receive the inspection report by midnight the night of the inspection. We understand time is of the essence, and you have a due diligence time frame to work with.  When you call the office, Susan or Pat will schedule your inspection convenient for you.

Our report includes digital pictures, and each section is complete with information on that specific item.  This is not just a check off list inspection or a hand written inspection report.  We encourage you to avoid those types of inspections and reports.  We will email you a sample report of an inspection completed for your review.

You can trust NPI inspectors with the responsibility of inspecting the home you are purchasing, and you can also trust us to charge you a fair fee for the inspection too.  Our fees are non-negotiable.
